The Human Resources Management Department carries out work related to staffing and human resource development in the Bureau through planning the necessary resources, proposing structural changes in the Bureau in accordance with the needs of human resources for providing professional and efficient administration; implementation of recruitment procedures, assessment of training needs and professional development, and other tasks within the competence of the Bureau, and related to the development and management of human resources.

The Financial Affairs Unit is responsible for all financial matters in the Bureau, as well as control of the financial operations through budget planning of the Bureau, planning of budget funds, control of the budget, accounting and financial – material operations in accordance with law, execution of payments and their recording, monitoring the execution of the Bureau’s budget and other matters within the competence of the Bureau, and related to the financial operations.
